If you can not pay with your debit or credit card, it may be because your card was issued in a country other than the one you are in when ordering. Our payment system, Adyen, block such transactions automatically for safety reasons to minimize online fraud. If you cannot pay with your card, we recommend that you try using a different payment method.

Yes, as a private costumer you have the right to return any unwanted items within 14 days after receipt of your ordered goods. Products and its original packaging must be returned in the same state as when received. Due to hygienic reasons the item cannot be used or tested thereof you have no right to withdrawal of in-ear products if such product’s packaging has been opened. We’ll send you a confirmation by email once we have received and processed your return. We will refund the full amount you paid for the returned product, as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after we received the item from you. You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Start by inserting the USB-converter into a working USB-port. Then insert the micro-USB cable firmly into the converter. Then connect the Squircle at the end of your charging cable, and the Squircle on the cord between the earbuds. Press the mid-button for 5 seconds. After a few seconds, the LED on the charger should begin to pulsate. The LED will pulsate to indicate that the PUGZ are charging. Once the earphones are fully charged the LED shows a static glow.
PUGZ earphones can be charged through an Android phone that is On-The-Go compatible through micro-USB. On some phones the On-the-go feature is not turned on by default. The setting for this is usually found under Storage and OTG Storage. You can download the app “USB OTG Checker” from Google Play to check if your phone is OTG-compatible.
Charge through your phone by inserting the micro-USB cable firmly into the micro-USB port on your phone. Then connect the Squircle at the end of your charging cable, and the Squircle on the cord between the earbuds. After a few seconds, the LED on the charger should begin to pulsate. 1. Go to your device's Bluetooth setting and turn on Bluetooth.
2. Put on your earphones and press the mid-button on the control box for 3 seconds until you hear "Power ON - Searching for your device"
(If you do not hear this, your earphones are out of battery, make sure you charge them before you try to pair them)
3. Your PUGZ will now be be visible and available for connection in your Bluetooth setting as “PUGZ Sealed” or “PUGZ Leaking”
4. Choose your PUGZ and you’ll hear “PUGZ Connected" which indicates that you're now connected and can start enjoying your favorite music without wires.
5. If the pairing does not work, reset your PUGZ by pressing the upper-button and the mid-button for 5 seconds until you hear “Resetting your device” and perform the above steps again.
The Leaking PUGZ model is designed to be placed in the outer ear, and not inserted in the ear canal. If you have small ears, that doesn’t necessarily mean that you should take the smallest eartips. Try on the different eargels to see which ones fit your ears the best, the wings can provide you with a better fit.
The Sealed PUGZ are placed in the ear canal, try the different eargels to see which ones provide you the best fit and sound isolation. For a more extreme fit, add the extra wings - these are found in the sports-pack.
While the range of Bluetooth is 10 meters (33 feet), the optimal range for any Bluetooth stereo device is 2 feet from your music device, particularly outdoors when the signal cannot bounce off walls and ceilings. This rule applies to any brand of Bluetooth stereo device. For the PUGZ headset, the headset antenna is located in the left-side earpiece, so make sure your device is above your elbow and on your left side for optimal connectivity while outdoors! This will help avoid signal dropouts. We can recommend the use of armbands for your music device to keep the device and Bluetooth connectivity within optimal range during workouts.
Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.

Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There is no extra charge for card payments. When paying by credit / debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, PUGZ Gear AB may automatically cancel your order.
Orders made in another person's name without his consent, or otherwise as a result of PUGZ suffer economic damage will be reported to the police. PUGZ holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is obviously incorrect, this may compel PUGZ to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time.
Private Consumers have the right to return the order within 30 days from receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. If consumers use their right to send back an order they should contact PUGZ in order to get an address to send the goods to. Return shipping is paid by the consumer. If an item is damaged during transport, PUGZ should be contacted within 30 days for information about compensation.
Warranty term: Two year from the date of purchase. To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please use our contact form on the "contact us" page. In the e-mail you need to specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue at hand. Finally, write â€˜reclaim of purchaseâ€™ as subject of the e-mail and mail.

The pictures may differ depending on the color settings in your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.
PUGZ ships worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners in other countries around the world. You have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods by contacting PUGZ's customer service within 30 days from receiving the goods, provided the goods are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. However, the cost and risk for transporting the returned goods to PUGZ will be on you.
In cases where you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with PUGZ either by email or telephone. If a product has been discontinued PUGZ has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. PUGZ will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent products if available.
It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered or, you shall also contact us within 30 days from receiving the product.
PUGZ responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. PUGZ bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.
PUGZ shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new / amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.
